Visitor Code of Conduct
After several incidents of tourists behaving badly at the Angkor Archaeological Park, the Apsara Authority has finally released a visitor code of conduct for tourists visiting the temples. The Apsara Authority has already released some materials which have been handed out to Siem Reap hotels, resorts and business establishment. The printed materials are available in English, French, Chinese, Khmer, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. One of the goals of implementing the Angkor Visitor of Conduct is to harmonize tourist experiences with public safety and respect towards the community.
Entrance Regulations
You must possess an admission pass (an ‘AngkorPass’) to visit the temples and sites in the AngkorArchaeological Park. Passes may be purchased at the main entrance on the road to Angkor Wat. … Angkor Wat closes at 6:00PM, Banteay Srey closes at 5:00PM and Kbal Spean at 3:00PM. Always carry your ticket.

APSARA SHOW WITH DINNER BUFFET
During the Angkorian era, dance performances were enjoyed by kings and common people alike.
The dances are perhaps better described as ‘dance-dramas’ as they also convey a story or message which also can be found portrayed several places in the Angkor temples. It has played an important role in the Khmer cultural heritage. Morever the historical name for this form of dancing is Apssor. This Apssor around 10th century was performed to show only to kings or officials. Present day it used to show the tradtion of Cambodia.
